'Flat Earth News', a book by Nick Davies, is well worth reading. I have a copy you can borrow. He has a website devoted to it and also his own site:

Here's a video about 'Churnalism':
Churnalism
It's like, awesome. It's got bare sociology facts and that. It's not being updated no more due to the fact that I ain't teaching Sociology no more. I still pop in from time to time to check if any oddballs have left comments and whatnot so if you are an oddball and are considering leaving a comment or whatnot, then GO FOR IT!

Exam Board - Resources - Syllabus - Past Papers - Mark Schemes etc
The exam board (OCR) provide a lot of resources that will help you to understand what they are looking for in the exams etc. Mark Schemes are very useful, they are used by examiners to mark your work and will give you an idea of the sort of information that, if you put it in your answers, will gain you marks. It's not the most exciting website, and reading this stuff will not make you more attractive or impress your friends (if you have any), but if you don't read as much of this as you can, you are putting yourself at a disadvantage and your grade may reflect this. I will cover more of this sort of thing in lessons but THERE'S NO HARM IN LOOKING AT IT RIGHT NOW!

Media - News - Charlie Brooker's Newswipe
There's a great deal of useful information in Newswipe regarding the way journalism/news media really works, Brooker cleverly adds swearwords and funny bits to disguise the fact you're learning something. Watch as much of it as you can, loads on youtube.

I'm just using this post as a dumping ground for anything I find that interests me, the stuff here is not necessarily useful for your exams. On the other hand, it may be.

Class
News article on Shameless/
X-Factor. AS/A2 Class, Media
Shameless/X-Factor Working Class Image
'The Boys from the Blackstuff'. Classic 1980's TV drama, portrayal of working class during the recession in Thatcher's Britain. Original 90min film became a series. This show has bits that relate to class and gender identity, loss of masculinity as men lose their jobs etc. Good for AS and A2.
I recommend watching at least the film which is in parts on youtube:
Part 1 of original film
Episode 4 of the series followed Yosser Hughes as he had a nervous breakdown, it's great!
Part 1 Yosser's Story
The pub scene from the final episode, you need to watch some of the earlier episodes to get the full effect but it's absolutely barking mad:
Pub scene
'The Full Monty' Trailer, 1990's film about men losing their jobs in Sheffield Steel Industry. Good for Media Portrayal of Working Class and Gender Identity AS and A2
Full Monty
'Shameless' contemporary portrayal of working class, episodes available to watch on 4od
